The Wizards are focusing their point guard search on Derrick Rose and Ramon Sessions, per Candace Buckner of the Washington Post.
While neither player is all that imposing, the Wizards need some immediate help after Saturday’s game. Tim Frazier broke his nose while Tomas Satoransky took a hard fall and landed on his head, leaving the Wizards down all of their true point guards with John Wall still sidelined. Frazier may be able to play with a mask but Washington was in the hunt for guard depth even before all the injuries. Whoever they sign shouldn’t be viewed as more than a desperation play in fantasy. Rose or Sessions should only be looked at in very deep leagues.
