According to Josh Lewenberg, Stanley Johnson will exercise his $3.8 million player option and remain with the Raptors for the 2020-21 season.

The fact that Johnson has a player option to exercise is a convincing piece of evidence that he has the best agent in the business. He only played in garbage time last season, and were it not for the final game of the regular season he would have averaged under six minutes per game. The Raptors may still view him as a development project, but they certainly did not invest much on-court time into him this year.
