According to Earl K. Sneed of Mavs.com Quincy Acy (right ankle) is out of his walking boot but the Mavs may rest him for the remainder of the preseason.

Acy sprained his ankle earlier in the preseason and it seems the Mavs are wanting to take a cautious approach so he is ready for the regular season. He averaged 5.2 points and 3.2 rebounds in 14.8 minutes of action last season. A similar role is expected this season for the Mavs but this gives Acy little to no fantasy value.
