The Pistons got shut down by the Spurs on Wednesday in a 97-81 loss, with Tobias Harris the only Detroit player to meet expectations with 16 points on 7-of-16 shooting, one three, six boards and four assists.
Andre Drummond saw his double-double streak end with nine points, 14 rebounds, one steal, one block and a 1-of-8 mark from the line, and Kentavious Caldwell-Pope hit 1-of-10 shots for four points, two boards, three assists and a steal. Reggie Jackson hit just 4-of-13 shots for 11 points, three rebounds, three assists and one steal, and Markieff Morris scored 16 points on 6-of-15 shooting with four rebounds, two assists and two threes. You’re holding Morris and Caldwell-Pope in 12-team leagues but both guys are a few bad games away from being dropped. In Morris’ case, his value is tethered to Stanley Johnson’s (shoulder) return.Â
