Mavs being cautious with Wesley Matthews (hip)

  • The Mavs will not play Wesley Matthews (hip) in Tuesday’s preseason game against the Thunder.

    Matthews’ injury is not to be considered serious and the Mavs are just taking the cautious approach as the regular season is inching closer-and-closer. The team plays again on Wednesday against the Grizzlies and we’ll consider him questionable for that one.
