• The Raptors’ big guns, Kyle Lowry and DeMar DeRozan, were misfiring all night on Thursday and ended up combining for 15 points on 4-of-21 shooting from the field.

It’s a good thing that the game was against the shorthanded Knicks and the rest of the Raptors crew stepped up and provided the offense with an easy 113-88 win. Each guard played less than 30 minutes, making this the fourth consecutive game that the duo was not played as much as usual. The Raptors are also pacing and preserving their stars for the playoffs and ease their usage during easy games such as this one. It’s both a positive and a negative for their owners in fantasy. Yes, the production does dip to low levels like this on some nights, but hopefully this prevents them from getting injured down the stretch.
