Lauri Markkanen (elbow) has surprisingly been upgraded to probable and is expected to make his season debut on Saturday against the Rockets.

Markkanen returns much quicker than expected, though he had been a full participant in practices last week. It was thought that he'd take another couple of days to ease in but the Bulls think he's ready, and we're inclined to believe them since they have nothing to gain by rushing Markkanen back. He's an immediate add in all leagues and hopefully you were able to sell Jabari Parker while you could. Markkanen might not get a full workload for a few games but he should be producing middle-round numbers in short order.
