According to the Hornets’ PR Twitter account Kemba Walker (knee) will not play in their preseason opener on Monday.

Cody Zeller (knee) and Brian Roberts (hamstring) are also out. Walker has been participating in full contact practice but the Hornets are playing it safe with their starting point guard. Ramon Sessions is expected to start at PG and should get plenty of minutes with Roberts also out. Walker is expected to play on opening night barring any setbacks.
