Josh Jackson dropped 27 points and added six rebounds, one assist and two steals in the Suns' 104-103 loss to the Rockets on Friday night.

The Suns gave away a 17-point halftime lead and lost their 14th straight but Suns' fans have to be pleased with how their rookie played against the best team in basketball. Two of Jackson's three highest-scoring performances in his rookie seasons have now come against the West's best, Houston and Golden State. This former Jayhawk is also making plays at the defensive end with 18 steals in the last nine games.
