Jodie Meeks played his first game since an October injury and led all Pistons scorers with 20 points in Wednesday night’s 112-110 OT victory over the Cavs.
Meeks was able to return before season’s end and played a respectable 26 minutes off the bench. He scored 20 points on 6-of-15 shooting including 4-of-9 from downtown. Meeks added three rebounds and three assists and played a larger than expected role tonight due to all the resting Pistons players. While it’s certainly nice to see him make a return to the court, with a tough first round match-up vs. the Cavs, we may not see that much of Meeks in the first round of the playoffs.
