Isaiah Canaan sees 36 minutes of action in G5 loss

  • Isaiah Canaan started on Wednesday against the Bulls, playing 36 minutes and scoring 13 points with one 3-pointer, two rebounds and one steal.

    He earned the opportunity to start after outplaying both Jerian Grant and Michael Carter-Williams in Game 4.  Cannon did what he could to slow down Isaiah Thomas, but this game eventually slipped away from Chicago.  The Bulls would be wise to continue to roll with him in the starting lineup as they try to stave off elimination in Game 6 on Friday.
