• Kristaps Porzingis shot lights out on Tuesday, draining 8-of-11 shots with five 3-pointers to finish with a team-high 22 points, four rebounds, two blocks and one steal in 27 minutes.

Porzingis was listed as the starting center on Tuesday and will play some five throughout the season, but it was Kyle O’Quinn who matched up against Houston center Clint Capela to start the game. Porzingis is expected to start at power forward to open the season, assuming Joakim Noah (hamstring) can stay healthy, and he’s a top-40 fantasy target with top-20 upside.
