Coach Brad Stevens will reportedly start Gerald Green in place of Amir Johnson on Friday against the Bulls.

The number-one seeded Celtics are making some changes to their starting lineup for Game 3. Their backs are up against the wall as the Bulls have won two games on the Boston home court and are on the verge of a huge upset in the first round. Gerald Green starting means the Celtics are going small for this one and will want to keep a high pace tonight against the Rondo-less Bulls. He could be a sneaky DFS play tonight too.
