    Evan Turner (left Achilles) has been ruled out of Sunday's game against the Spurs.

    This was expected after Turner cut his pregame warmup short. The Blazers will spread his usage across the rest of their reserve wings, so there aren't any clear winners here. Use your Portland players as you normally would.
