Evan Turner (left Achilles) is expected to play on Tuesday.

Turner said himself that he's going to play and his coach thinks he'll play as well, so this is about as close as you can get to a confirmation without actually getting the full green light. We wouldn't worry about needing to make a last-second change if Turner's in your lineups tonight.
