• Eric Gordon shot 4-for-10 from the field for 11 points with one board, two assists, one steal, one block and three 3-pointers in 32 minutes during Monday’s 114-106 win over the Wizards.

Gordon was sent to the bench in favor of Corey Brewer (four points and three boards in 16 minutes) but played right around the average of 33 minutes he was seeing as a starter. The Rockets started Brewer in order to slow down John Wall, so we don’t expect to see Gordon coming off the bench too often. As always, Gordon is a decent source for scoring stats.

Meanwhile, Trevor Ariza had a solid game with 15 points, five boards, two assists, three steals and four treys in 34 minutes. This was a patented Ariza game where he wins owners over with his 3 & D charm. He is in midseason form.
