Devin Harris re-injured his foot during the Friday preseason finale for the Dallas Mavericks.

Harris is “questionable at best” for the opener of the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday. Harris is a first off the bench favorite for Rick Carlisle and him missing time will allow J.J. Barea (elbow) to pick up extra minutes if he’s available for the opener. Barea was a phenomenal fill in, especially in DFS last year, so he could see some very short term value.
