• Derrick Favors played only 23 minutes on Wednesday, his first game back from an eye and concussion injury.

Favors picked up nine points and two rebounds. The most notable thing about his box score was that he finished with a disturbing minus-35 mark. No Jazz starter was better than minus-24 and it was just one of those nights for Utah. Flush this game quickly if you care at all about the Jazz, but you can take a little solace in the fact that Favors is back in action. He’s been a solid middle-round value on the season and is quietly authoring a solid bounceback year.
