• DeMarcus Cousins
    C, Golden State Warriors

DeMarcus Cousins showed both the good and the bad on Saturday night, finishing a win over the Sixers with 25 points, eight rebounds, two steals, a block and a 3-pointer in 29 minutes while also getting torched on defense.

Cousins didn't play down the stretch outside of rebounding situations because the Sixers were relentless in making him defend pick-and-roll actions. It's going to be the story of Boogie's season, as he simply can't keep up on that end of the floor. His stats will be there on the other end but opponents can force Golden State's hand with well-executed offense. He's a must-start option, even if tonight's shooting left something to be desired (9-of-15 FG but 6-of-10 FT), as his defensive shortcomings won't affect his work in the box score.
