• Dejounte Murray ended up with 10 points, nine rebounds, five assists, one steal, one block and two turnovers in the Spurs’ lopsided loss to the Sixers on Friday night.

Murray hasn’t been especially efficient since seeing his role increase but he’s scoring pretty well and continues to rebound at a great rate for a point guard. Murray logged 34 minutes in this one which is nice to see as the starting role never necessarily means more time on the floor, just more valuable time with the starting unit. It’s possible Murray saw more run because the game got out of hand but with his ability to fill the box score and his opportunities on the rise, Murray needs to be on everyone’s radar.
