Monta Ellis started in Saturday’s game despite a right shoulder contusion, scoring six points on 2-of-11 shooting with one rebound, four assists, one steal and one block in 31 minutes.

Ellis’ season really hasn’t taken shape for owners hoping to ride talk of the Pacers’ uptempo system to mid-round glory.  The only silver lining here is that he has been banged up for a lot of this year, making him a risky but potentially sneaky buy low target.  If you can get him with a late-rounder then it might be worth looking into.
