• Today features the two most competitive matches left in the postseason between the Celtics and Wizards and the Spurs and Rockets. Still, there is some good value and interesting guys to consider in the Cavs and Raptors matchup. That being said, let’s jump into my tournament lineup at FanDuel prices.

    Point Guard

    Patty Mills: $4,800

With Tony Parker on the sidelines, Mills has been the obvious beneficiary even without starting. He played 30 minutes in Game 3 and nothing is expected to change in that regard so expected similar production from the guard is certainly plausible. Mills can be used in cash games but is better suited for tournament play.

    Cory Joseph: $4,400

I’ll be running the two fill-in point guards today in order to reach for some higher priced guys at other positions. Both players are in nice spots to post respectable lines and hit value today as Kyle Lowry is looking like he’ll be sidelined. Expect around 30 minutes and 25+ FDP from Joseph today.

    Shooting  Guard

    James Harden: $12,500

After his abysmal Game 2, Harden found his groove in Game 3. With the pressure on, Harden and the Rockets will look to avoid going down 3-1 and they will need to lean heavily on Harden in order to do so. Hopefully his shot is falling along with the rest of the team.

    Danny Green: $3,900

More of a risky play, but you have to like where Green’s minutes have been lately. At such a low price Green could present some of the better value at the two guard as the Spurs hope he can continue his recent stretch of good play.

    *Note: Consider DeMar DeRozan

    Small Forward

    LeBron James: $12,600

I’m playing the two studs on the board in both Harden and James today. The Cavs are scorching hot right now and they would love to secure another sweep in order to enjoy another long break before the third round. Expect LeBron to see his full complement of minutes as the Cavs look to close out yet another series on the road.

    Bojan Bogdanovic: $4,000

With Kelly Oubre suspended for Game 4, Bogdanovic looks incredibly appealing. The Wizards have already indicated that they are looking for someone to step up and Bogdanovic could certainly be the guy to do so. Expect him to see right around 30 minutes again today as the Wizards hope to even the series at home.

    *Note: Consider Kawhi Leonard

    Power Forward

    LaMarcus Aldridge: $7,000

With the desolate wasteland that is the FanDuel power forward spot, Aldridge is a rare bright spot. His play is slowly but surely elevating t where it needs to be here in the playoffs and I fully expect that trend to continue into Game 4. He will be a popular play but a necessary one.

    Ryan Anderson: $4,300

His performance last game was just awful but Anderson has been known to bounce back from these sorts of games fairly quickly. He is not a good cash game option but with his consistent minutes he is primed for a tournament roster spot.

    Center

    Clint Capela: $6,500

There are a few lower priced options like Pau Gasol and Jonas Valanciunas who I also like but none seem to have elevated their play to the same level Capela has in the postseason. He is seeing right around 30 minutes and is still putting up great double-doubles at what is still a great discount. If gets 30+ minutes in what is sure to be a competitive game he will be no doubt exceed value and help your lineup tremendously.

    GOOD LUCK!
